SciBase has several strategic collaborations with large dermatological networks and with clinics focused on skin cancer, skincare and special services. Collaborations in the U.S. include Unified Health in Los Angeles, Seraly Dermatology in Pittsburgh and the Mayo Clinic, the leading hospital in the U.S.. SciBase also began collaborations with new distributors in Italy and the United Arab Emirates. SciBase’s partnerships with Kenvue and Castle Biosciences position the company at the forefront of skin barrier research, addressing significant unmet needs in conditions such as atopic dermatitis (eczema).
Strategic Partnership with Kenvue Consumer Health
- Collaboration with Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health) to develop a screening tool for infants
- AI-based solution using SciBase’s electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technology
- Goal to develop and validate an AI-based solution that discovers skin barrier dysfunction and predicts an infant’s risk of developing atopic dermatitis
- Development and validation based on clinical data collected by group of Swiss hospitals


Collaboration with Castle Biosciences
- SciBase signed a collaboration and license agreement with Castle Biosciences, a US-based leader in molecular diagnostics
- First indication to be developed is a test that predicts flares in patients with atopic dermatitis with additional indications to follow
- The collaboration will accelerate access to more effective therapies for atopic dermatitis patients
- In conjunction with the collaboration agreement Castle will also become one of SciBase largest shareholders through a directed issue
